There have been 8 baby goats born this week (to 4 moms), then 2 llama babies, and 10 dachshund puppies today!
And everyone keeps asking me when I'm having babies :? What happened to: 22 is too young, and you're still in college, you have time? Oh, yeah, graduating in less then three months!
It has been a weird progression. . .
We got married: Well, we could have kids, but we both want to wait.
Tim turns 25: Wow, I'm getting old, I want kids soon.
I turned 22: Holy cow! I could have a kid now and it wouldn't be scandalous!
I graduate with my BA in 11 weeks: Well, I could be a student teacher when pregnant, or even do the substitute teacher test?
NO! When did full on adulthood hit? I still want to wait until I have insuance and maternity leave through a teaching position, but I really wish there wasn't so many babies around me. At least they're cute to look at.
Yay! I figured out how to be a follower. Thanks for that :) There's a link on my blog now too. Oh and by the way, Ben did the whole "25?! I'm sooo old, let's have kids" thing too. Don't fall for it! Not yet anyways...
